Easily Build A WordPress Website - Avada Theme

This is a course over at Udemy about building WordPress websites using the Avada theme.

Avada has been around for many years, and is one of the best selling multi purpose WordPress themes. It is very flexible and highly configurable, and can be a little overwhelming at first.

The course spends a fair portion of it's time going over the options pages one by one, and pretty much the latter half detailing how to perform specific options, such as creating a contact page, a portfolio, or building sliders.

The main drawback of this course is that it's a bit old now - it hasn't been updated since 2018, Avada has moved on a bit since then - the course details version 5.5, we're now on version 7.1.

The instruction is good and will teach the essentials, but you need to be aware that it's not fully up to date, so some things won't quite match, and there will be features in the current version that are simply not covered in the course.
