JSN Page Builder, now at version 2 is a drag and drop page builder with some (at the current time) 37 content elements.
They also offer front end editing, so as long as you're authenticated and have permissions to edit the page, you'll be able to edit pages directly on the front end.
There are two prices for the extension - $69 for an Individual license, which allows you to use the extension on a single Joomla installation, and $139 for a Developer license, which allows you to use the extension on unlimited installations. The Developer license also comes with 12 months support and upgrades, whereas the Individual license is only 6 months.
Gridbox is nice, it's one of the front end page builders in that all the editing is actually done as if it's on the website itself, rather than through the admin interface. It takes a little getting used to, but is pretty powerful once you've got to grips with it.
You will need to have an eye for design to truly get good results from it (isn't that true with any page builder though).
The extension is built by Balbooa, who write a couple of other Joomla extensions (Gallery and Forms), they update often so updates to Joomla core shouldn't be an issue for the time being at least. They do offer a free version where you have to link back to Balbooa, aside from that there are Lite and a Pro versions.
SP Page Builder provides front end and back end editing capabilities, so you can either edit on the website itself (provided you're signed in of course), or within the Joomla administration area. It's fully responsive, and easy to use with drag and drop functionality. Support is friendly, and they're a professional operation, so you can expect regular updates of the software.
The offer support for Facebook Open Graph meta tags which is a nice bonus.
There is a free trial version which is limited to 14 out of the currently 42 modules, aside from that the Basic license for a single website will set you back $39, and a Developer license for unlimited websites comes in at $179.
Quix is a drag and drop page builder reminiscent of Visual Composer for WordPress (an incredibly popular page builder in that space) in looks. They have 26 content elements, including sliders, testimonials, gallery, map, etc.
The extension is optimized for performance, and is of course responsive.
Pricing is $39 for the Regular license, allowing use in a single Joomla installation, $79 for an Extended license which allows you to distribute the extension with a commercial theme, and $199 for an Agency license which allows use in unlimited Joomla installations.
They also offer a free version with fairly restricted functionality, but a good option if you want to try it out before you buy.
Geek Landing Page Plugin allows you to easily create an impressive and highly effective landing page on your site just in some simple steps. It is very useful in case you want to quickly build a landing page to promote your new product or new campaign on your site without requiring redirecting to another page. Since it comes as a standard Joomla plugin, the plugin tolerates publishing a landing page to specific Joomla pages which is much easier than using an external micro website as a landing page.
Geek Landing Page Builder is a back end drag and drop editor. It's more targeted at designers than some of the other options.
The extension is regularly updated, and support is good.
It's reasonably priced at $29.90, though there is no trial version. There is however a Developer package which gives you access to all of their extensions, and even use on unlimited Joomla installations for $99, which is a great deal.
Azura Page Builder offers just back end editing functionality, not really a big deal for me as I'm happy editing pages in the admin panel anyway, but some people might find it a turn off.
Support is good, they have their own support site at http://support.cththemes.com/ replies are prompt and civil.
There is no free / trial version, although the paid version is very reasonable at $28.
